Requirements to be a Surrogate:

    • Be between the ages of 21-40

    • No significant complications during previous pregnancies or deliveries

    • BMI under 32

    • Be a US citizen

    • Not receiving any State financial aid (welfare)

    • Dependable car and driver’s license

    • No criminal history

    • Live in a surrogacy-friendly state (please contact us if unsure about your state)

    • In a stable living situation
