Meet the Team

Cora is the founder and owner of Modern Family Surrogacy. She has worked in the surrogacy field since 2008 and started Modern Family after carrying boy/girl twins as a surrogate in 2009 and falling in love with surrogacy. She went on to complete three more journeys in 2010, 2013, and 2014. Cora also has three boys of her own. In her spare time, she likes to walk her dogs, read and travel. She works with the intended parents when signing up with the agency and helps them in choosing and matching with their surrogate. Helping and supporting all parties through their surrogacy journey is her passion. Cora is an advocate for surrogacy and family equality.

Autumnne is your contact for all financial matters. She has been a surrogate twice, delivering a singleton girl in 2010 then her twin sisters in 2013. Autumnne also has three sons and a daughter of her own. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and baking. She collects the reimbursement forms each month and verifies all documentation prior to submitting to the appropriate account holder who will then re-verify and process the monthly checks. She also helps with medical bill questions and notifies the intended parents when funds are due.

Meghan is the Intake Coordinator at Modern Family Surrogacy. Before joining the Modern Family team, she spent over 14 years as an elementary school teacher, a role that strengthened her dedication to helping families thrive. Her introduction to surrogacy began more than 16 years ago when her sister became a surrogate. Being closely involved and supporting her sister through both of her journeys allowed Meghan to see firsthand the profound impact surrogacy can have. That experience sparked a passion that continues to guide her work with surrogacy today. Outside of work, Meghan is busy raising her three children—a daughter and two sons—and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially camping and hiking. 

At Modern Family, she reviews initial inquiries from potential surrogates to help determine eligibility, meets with them to explain and guide them through the process, and builds their profiles to share with Intended Parents. She loves being part of the initial steps—connecting incredible surrogates and Intended Parents and helping create the families they’ve always dreamed of.

Elizabeth has been a surrogate twice, delivering a baby boy in 2018, then a baby girl in 2020. She also has two daughters and a son of her own. In her spare time, she likes to craft and go to the zoo. In addition to helping with admin tasks throughout the process, Elizabeth is also a point of contact for surrogates through their journeys.
